Returns & Exchanges
At CRZ YOGA, we want you to feel confident in your performance gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
